Job Title:

Cook – Fast Food Restaurant (Karak Tea, Paratha & Sandwiches)

Sultanate of Oman

Job Summary:

The cook is responsible for preparing and serving the restaurant’s menu items (Karak tea, paratha, sandwiches, and hot drinks) with high quality and consistency, while maintaining hygiene, food safety standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve Karak tea with consistent taste and quality.
• Prepare paratha dough and cook it professionally.
• Assemble and prepare sandwiches and fast food items as per orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and utensils on a daily basis.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and monitor their freshness.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards during work.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and fast operations.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report shortages to management.
• Handle customer feedback and continuously improve food quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in Oman.
• Previous experience in fast food restaurants or Karak tea & paratha shops (preferred).
• Skilled in preparing Karak tea and paratha in particular.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver orders quickly.
• Commitment to cleanliness and good personal hygiene.
• Teamwork skills and positive attitude.
• Basic communication in Arabic or English is an advantage.
