We are looking for a skilled Chef who can prepare Indian (South & North) and Chinese dishes with consistency and creativity. The ideal candidate will have strong cooking skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage a small kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present Indian & Chinese dishes as per restaurant standards
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations
• Manage inventory and control wastage
• Maintain consistency in taste and presentation

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Indian and Chinese cuisine
• Strong knowledge of spices, sauces, and cooking techniques
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure during rush hours
