Job Title: Pakistani Chef
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
Cuisine: Authentic Pakistani Cuisine
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Pakistani dishes (e.g., Biryani, Karahi, Nihari, Haleem, BBQ, Curries, Tandoor items).
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Plan menus and assist in developing new dishes as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Manage food preparation, storage, and inventory efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pakistani Chef.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani spices, cooking methods, and traditional recipes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
