‏Confectionery kitchen helper to join our team in order to help our Chef Pastry. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining shop presentation, and assisting in daily operations to ensure a delightful experience

‏for patrons of our sweets shop.

‏Key Responsibilities:

‏Customer Service: .1

‏Greet customers warmly and provide • guidance on product selection.

‏‏‏Product Handling & Display: 1

‏Package sweets neatly and prepare • custom orders.

‏Arrange products attractively in displays •

‏and ensure freshness.

‏Monitor stock levels and restock items as •

‏needed.

‏Sales & Transactions: 2

‏Operate POS systems, process • payments, and issue receipts.

‏Maintain accuracy in cash handling and •

‏daily sales reports.

‏Cleanliness & Compliance: .3

‏Clean work areas, equipment, and •

‏surfaces regularly.

‏Adhere to food safety standards and •

‏health regulations.

‏Wear provided uniforms and follow •

‏hygiene protocols.

8 working hours daily, without break times.
