Role: Commi 3 - Cold Section

Location: Hatta, Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

• Prepare and present all cold dishes, salads, and appetizers as per menu standards.
• Ensure freshness and quality of all ingredients used in the cold kitchen.
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation in the cold section at all times.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications precisely.
• Store food items properly to avoid contamination or spoilage.
• Support the Demi Chef and Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
• Monitor and minimize food waste while maintaining quality.
• Adhere to all food safety and HACCP standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and ensure equipment is properly handled.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
