We are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to support our culinary team in delivering fresh, high-quality dishes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and wants to grow their career in hospitality.

What You’ll Do?

• Prepare ingredients including cutting, chopping, marinating, and portioning
• Assist senior chefs with cooking and food preparation
• Follow recipes, presentation, and plating standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Support daily kitchen setup and ingredient storage
• Assist during busy lunch and dinner service periods
• Work across different kitchen sections when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic culinary training or kitchen certification preferred
• 1–3 years of kitchen experience in hotels or restaurants
• Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP standards
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in international cuisine and hospitality standards

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
