Chef Cook

Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and cooking hot food items according to standard recipes while maintaining quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook hot dishes as per menu and recipes
• Handle grills, sauté, and hot cooking equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the hot kitchen area
• Follow food safety, HACCP, and portion control standards
• Ensure food quality, taste, and timely service
• Support team during peak hours

Requirements:

• Experience as a hot chef or similar role
• Knowledge of hot kitchen operations and cooking techniques
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum: 2 years (Preferred)
