Chef de Partie

Job Overview:
Cinemacity is hiring a Chef de Partie to support our kitchen team. Candidates with cinema kitchen or high-volume food service experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to company standards
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation at all times
• Assist with food prep, menu items, and portion control
• Support smooth kitchen operations during busy times
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen staff

Requirements

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Cinema kitchen experience is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong focus on food quality and hygiene

Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month
