Chef de Partie

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our South Korean restaurant in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Korean and Asian cuisine and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, authenticity, and consistency in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes from Korean and Asian cuisine according to restaurant standards
• Manage a designated kitchen section efficiently
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Support the Head Chef and kitchen team in daily operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie
• Proven experience in Korean and Asian cuisine
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
