Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (Arabic Cuisine) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in authentic Arabic cooking, excellent kitchen discipline, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Arabic dishes in line with established recipes and standards.
  • Manage a designated kitchen section efficiently and independently.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
  • Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage.
  • Train and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants when required.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with other kitchen sections during service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie specializing in Arabic cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic dishes, spices, and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Culinary diploma or relevant professional certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
