We’re hiring: Chef de Partie (Continental) – Catering Background

Emirates Hospitality is scaling its culinary operations and we’re looking for a results-driven Chef de Partie (Continental) to strengthen our catering team.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Chef de Partie
• Strong continental cuisine expertise
• Proven background in high-volume catering operations
• Ability to deliver consistent quality under pressure
• Team-oriented, disciplined, and quality-focused mindset

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of your section and execute menus to brand standards
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene compliance
• Support kitchen operations to meet event and catering demands
