What You Will Do:
- Execute Excellence: Prepare high-quality Indian dishes, including expertise in tandoor, curries, and regional specialties.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control for every plate.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to refine and elevate menu offerings.
- Safety First: Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety (HACCP), and kitchen cleanliness.
- Manage: Oversee station inventory and actively work to minimize food waste.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a CDP specializing in Morden Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of spice blending and traditional cooking techniques.
- A professional attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen.
