Role: Chef de Partie (Italian Section)

Location: Hatta, Dubai, UAE

Visit Visa / Cancelled Status | Immediate joiners only preferred

Job Description:

• Prepare and cook Italian dishes with consistency and authentic presentation.
• Ensure quality, taste, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Supervise and guide commis chefs and junior staff in the section.
• Coordinate with Sous Chef for daily kitchen operations.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering Italian-specific ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety as per HACCP and municipal standards.
• Contribute to menu planning with new Italian dish ideas and seasonal items.
• Handle kitchen equipment with care, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with other sections to ensure smooth kitchen flow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
