- Prepare and cook authentic Pakistani dishes including curries, BBQ, tandoor items, rice dishes, breads, and appetizers according to standardized recipes.
- Manage daily operations of the assigned kitchen section efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation meet restaurant standards at all times.
- Monitor mise en place preparation and ensure readiness before service.
- Supervise and guide Commis chefs and kitchen helpers within the assigned section.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in compliance with company and local regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supervisors regarding requisitions and inventory needs.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of kitchen equipment and tools.
Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
