  • Prepare, bake, and present a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
  • Supervise and train Commis Chefs and other junior staff within the pastry section.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Assist in developing new dessert and pastry recipes.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage requisitions, and minimize food wastage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen in compliance with HACCP standard
