Position: Chef de Partie
Department: Kitchen / Restoration

Job Summary:
The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant’s quality standards. Candidates must have a specialty in restoration, with proven experience in fine-dining or 5-star hospitality environments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes within assigned section
  • Supervise and guide Commis and kitchen helpers
  • Ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation meet brand standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with hygiene and safety rules
  • Collaborate with Sous Chef for menu planning and inventory control

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts with a specialty in restoration
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Chef de Partie in a 5 star hotel or fine-dining restaurant
