Hiring: Chef for Brand-New Coffee Shop

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team and help launch a brand-new coffee shop in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality breakfast, brunch, sandwiches, wraps, salads, desserts, and café-style dishes
Assist in creating and developing the café menu
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and food safety
Manage inventory, stock control, and food cost efficiency
Work closely with management to establish kitchen operations and procedures
Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Chef in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant
Ability to work independently and contribute to a new business setup
Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen management
Creative mindset with menu development experience
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
