Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Chef in Charge / Experienced Sous Chef. The selected candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include menu planning, managing kitchen staff, supervising food preparation, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with the executive chef to introduce new dishes. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining excellence across our varied culinary brands, ensuring efficiency and consistency in all kitchen activities.
