Position: Chef – North Indian Cuisine
Location: Central Kitchen – Perfect Oasis Catering Services LLC, Sajaa , Sharjah
Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years in North Indian Cuisine (Restaurant or Catering Industry preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic North Indian dishes with consistent quality and taste.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per company policy.
• Manage production for large-scale catering operations.
• Assist in menu planning and new recipe development.
• Supervise kitchen staff during preparation and service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a North Indian Chef.
• Strong knowledge of regional spices, gravies, and cooking methods.
• Ability to handle bulk production efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
