We are urgently hiring!
Our renowned establishment is looking for experienced CHEF-SOUTH INDIAN CUISINE to join our dynamic team immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic South Indian dishes with consistency and quality
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure timely procurement of ingredients
• Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal or festive menus

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a South Indian Chef in a restaurant
• Valid QID with NOC.
• Good communication, Proficiency in South Indian Languages is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of regional ingredients, spices, and cooking methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and manage multiple orders
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Culinary certification is a plus but not mandatory
