Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and skilled South Indian and North Indian Chefs to join our culinary team at Kolukkumalai. The candidate should be capable of preparing authentic, high-quality dishes while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and taste standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and cook authentic South Indian / North Indian dishes as per menu requirements

* Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation

* Plan menus and daily food preparation schedules

* Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

* Monitor food stock and inform management of timely procurement

* Minimise food wastage and control kitchen costs

* Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations

* Follow company guidelines and kitchen SOPs

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in hotels, resorts, cafés, or estate kitchens

* Ability to work in hill-station or estate locations

* Flexibility with work hours
