Chef Supporting Staff

Ensures proper control and quality of food, kitchen equipment, and overall cleanliness of the kitchen area.
Prepares simple meals and supports the chef in the preparation of festive menus, gala dinners, and other special events.
Responsible for cleaning, washing, and maintaining hygiene in all kitchen sections.
Monitors food safety standards and correct food handling procedures.
Handles food processing and preparation of board and customized meals, including basic decoration and serving.
Prepares lunch boxes and takeaway meal packages as required.

Secondary vocational education in hospitality, preferably with a chef specialization.
Responsible and reliable approach to assigned duties.
High motivation, enthusiasm, and an active working attitude.
Accuracy, cleanliness, and speed in task execution.
Good knowledge and practical application of professional kitchen standards and rules.
