Chef/Baker

Glo Café is a health and wellness café offering açaí bowls, baked goods, cakes, matcha drinks, sandwiches, juices, and specialty wellness drinks. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Kitchen & Bakery Staff member to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare açaí bowls, drinks, and food items according to set recipes and standards

- Assist in baking cakes, pastries, and healthy baked goods

- Cake decoration and basic design work

- Follow strict ingredient measurements and portion control

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

- Ensure consistency and quality in all items served

Requirements:

- Experience working in a kitchen or bakery

- Good knowledge of baking

- Cake design/decorating experience

- Ability to follow recipes strictly without deviation

- Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

200 – 250 BHD (based on experience)

We are looking for someone committed, detail-oriented, and able to follow systems and instructions.
