Chef/Manager

Looking for a Chef/Manager for a reputed Doner/American fast food Restaurant in Dubai Investment Park food court. Responsible to manage both restaurant and cloud kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase food and supplies from vendors approved by the company and monitor inventory and manage inventory levels
• Ensure that the kitchen and surrounding areas are hygienic and clean in accordance with company standards and health code regulations
• Hire, train and supervise kitchen personnel
• Stay current on restaurant industry trends
• Developing and implementing training programmes for new hires and existing personnel
• Ensuring all employees follow company policies and procedures at all times
• Overseeing the opening and closing of the premises
• Monitoring employee attendance
• Ensuring that food safety standards are followed during preparation, cooking, and storage of food items
• Managing the overall operations of a restaurant location, including supervising employees and ensuring customer satisfaction
• collaborate to develop promotional activities and familiar with online food portals Talabat, Deliveroo, etc
• cooking experience with Doners/wraps/Gyros
• Bike license preferred
• No accomodation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
