Key Responsibilities For Chefs:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
  • Plan menus, including daily specials and seasonal dishes
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Monitor portion sizes, food costs, and minimize waste
  • Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with management on menu pricing and food ordering

Key Responsibilities For Waiters:

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
  • Empty and dispose of trash in designated areas
  • Refill supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
