Cheif Engineer (Real Estate / Construction Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all engineering activities for real estate projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.

- Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, from concept to completion.

- Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

- Review and approve project designs, budgets, schedules, and technical documentation.

- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing project timelines and cost efficiency.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence.

- Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Experience: 18–20 years in senior engineering roles within the real estate or construction sector.

Skills:

- Proven expertise in project management, structural engineering, and construction methodologies.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools.
