Cheif Finance officer(CFO)

We’re Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a growing F&B brand in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business growth across multiple outlets and brands.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business growth goals
✅ Advise management on expansion plans, pricing strategies, and cost structures
✅ Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections
✅ Monitor financial performance and analyze budget variances
✅ Oversee food cost, labor cost, inventory valuation, and waste control
✅ Implement cost-control measures while maintaining operational quality
✅ Track profitability and margins across products, outlets, and brands
✅ Optimize supplier contracts, procurement costs, and stock turnover
✅ Ensure healthy cash flow and manage payables, receivables, and inventory cycles
✅ Evaluate outlet performance and support expansion or restructuring decisions
✅ Work closely with operations teams on pricing and efficiency improvements
✅ Ensure financial compliance and support overall business sustainability

Requirements:
✔ 10–15 years of experience in Finance, with proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader
✔ Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or multi-outlet business operations preferred
✔ Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills
✔ Experience managing cash flow, cost control, and operational finance
✔ Excellent leadership and strategic decision-making abilities
✔ Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred
