Duties

• Safely operate fertilizer equipment, hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for landscape installation and chemical application
• Apply fertilizers and herbicides with precision following safety protocols
• Install landscape features such as sod, plants, trees, mulch, and hardscapes to enhance outdoor aesthetics
• Conduct routine inspections of landscapes to identify pest issues or nutrient deficiencies and address them effectively
• Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws
• Maintain detailed records of chemical usage, application locations, and landscape progress for compliance and reporting purposes
• Collaborate with team members to execute installation tasks efficiently

Experience

• Hold a valid Core and Category 3 Pesticide License or have proof of having it in the past
• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or agriculture is required
• Familiarity with pest control methods and safe chemical handling procedures
• Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, or landscaping equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
