CHEMICAL LABORATORY ANALYST

About the Role:
We are looking for an Plating Supervisor to support our plating operations . The role involves overseeing daily plating activities, ensuring plating quality as per standards, and maintaining bath parameters and records.

Key responsibilities

• Knowledge : Assist in managing Zinc / Nickel-Chrome plating lines.
• Quality control: Perform daily and regular analysis of plating baths and chemicals in a lab to ensure quality and consistency.
• Process management: Monitor and control plating processes, making necessary chemical additions and adjustments to optimize results.
• Chemical inventory and safety: Maintain and control the inventory of plating chemicals and safety equipment. Ensure all operations comply with safety and environmental standards.
• Process improvement: Work on enhancing plating quality by identifying and implementing new methods and systems.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to plating quality, using methods like the PDCA cycle and 8D for critical problems.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), and quality control documentation.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry / Chemical Engineer
• 0–5 years of experience in plating industries.
• Knowledge of plating processes, troubleshooting, and quality systems (IATF / ISO).

Skills:

• Strong process understanding, attention to detail, and team coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
