Gurtler Industries is seeking a manufacturing leader with 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience and increasing responsibility within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has meaningful experience across several disciplines such as production, supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, production planning, logistics, and material flow and is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Do

• Lead manufacturing and supply chain operations within a chemical manufacturing environment
• Improve supply chain performance, inventory management, purchasing, production planning, and material flow
• Develop KPIs and use data to improve operational performance
• Drive accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Partner with leadership on operational initiatives and business decisions
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and chemical handling requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience in chemical manufacturing, industrial products, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or another regulated manufacturing environment
• Meaningful experience across production, supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, production planning, logistics, and material flow
• Experience using KPIs, metrics, and data to improve performance
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

This Role Is Not a Fit If

• Your experience is primarily focused on production leadership without meaningful involvement in supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, production planning, logistics, and material flow
• Your background is primarily transportation, warehousing, or logistics without manufacturing leadership responsibility

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000 - $90,000 annual salary
