Chemical Operations & Quality Coordinator

Advanced ChemBlocks Inc is a growing chemical supplier established in 2010 and headquartered in Hayward, California. We provide laboratory chemical reagents, building blocks, reference compounds, and custom chemistry services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies worldwide.

As part of our expansion plan, we are seeking a Chemical Operations & Quality Coordinator to support daily operations, quality activities, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Chemical Inventory & Materials Management.

• Manage inventory of products
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support the inventory's check-in and check-out

Quality & Documentation·

• Support quality control activities, including basic QC checks and documentation review
• Prepare and manage Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
• Assist with customer quality requests.

Daily Operations Support·

• Coordinate day-to-day chemical operations with operations, warehouse, and sales teams
• Support process improvements related to chemical handling, storage, and workflow
• Coordinate with sales and logistics to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Serve as a technical point of contact for basic product or documentation inquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications·

• Strong knowledge of organic chemistry
• Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry required
• Prior laboratory or chemical industry experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally·
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
• 1–5 years of experience in chemical operations, lab operations, QA/QC, or supply chain is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership experience is a plus

Pay: $30.07 - $40.00 per hour
