Chemical Ops Plant Manager

As a Chemical Operations Plant Manager at Solstice Advanced Materials, is responsible for leading and managing 175 employees in the manufacturing environment that produces $100MM+ in annual revenue. This role supports the Performance Materials and Technology Group within Solstice Advanced Materials division. In this role you will also be responsible for ensuring a strong safety culture while satisfying internal and external customer needs. This role provides input and implements the Integrated Supply Chain strategy, while managing the plant to ensure availability of adequate resources to produce the planned and budgeted volumes to be delivered on-time, and that meet our Quality and Safety standards. This role leads, motivates, and is responsible for building a team in a collaborative environment, by conveying and driving a compelling vision, focused on lean methodologies while continuously improving productivity while developing a results-driven culture.

You will report directly to our Director ISC Site Leader , and you’ll work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location.
