Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chemical Sales Manager with a strong background from the sugar industry. The candidate must have sound technical and commercial knowledge of defoamer and decolorizer chemicals used in sugar processing and refining.

The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial chemical sales, strong customer relationships with sugar mills, and the ability to provide technical support and business development solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of specialty chemicals for sugar mills.
• Promote and manage products including:
• Defoamers / Antifoams
• Decoloration chemicals
• Process treatment chemicals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sugar industry clients.
• Conduct technical presentations, product trials, and customer visits.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and after-sales support.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with technical, supply chain, and management teams for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications

Chemical Engineer is required.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience required in chemical sales or technical sales.
• Candidate must have prior working experience from the sugar industry.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Sugar processing operations
• Defoamer applications
• Decoloration process and chemicals
• Specialty/process chemicals
• Existing network with sugar mills will be preferred.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
