Job Title: Chemist – Personal Care Lab- Richmond, VA

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Chemist to join our busy Personal Care Lab in Richmond. If you care about making safe and high-quality products like dry shampoos, hairsprays, and nasal sprays, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Test raw materials and finished personal care products to make sure they meet safety and quality standards.
• Record and compare your results with product requirements.
• Help investigate and solve issues if products don’t meet standards.
• Be ready to work some weekends or overtime if needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a lab is a plus, but we also welcome fast learners.
