Qualifications

• A degree in Chemistry or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing and sample analysis techniques.
• Ability to interpret analytical data accurately and solve technical problems quickly.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out routine laboratory tests on samples according to established procedures.
• Documenting all test results accurately and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor or manager immediately.
• Developing new testing methods when needed, as well as maintaining existing ones.
• Monitoring the quality of laboratory supplies and equipment, ensuring they are always in good working order.
• Providing technical advice when needed while working closely with other departments such as research & development and production staff.
