Responsible to perform routine testing for a lubricant testing lab for finished lubricants, raw materials, additives, base oils and used oils samples.
Ensure that the Products are consistent in quality and are accurately blended as per Lubricant Manufacturing Specifications.
Responsible for performing the calibration of all laboratory equipment being used in the analysis of lubricants, used oils and fuels.
Support the functions of Testing Laboratory to ensure that testing equipment and testing activities are in conformance with standards and ISO 9001-2015 Quality Assurance System, a
and that the laboratory services are maintained up to the level of end users.
Implement the Product Integrity Policy
Handle SAP QM activities.
Coordinate with technical team and sales staff.
Responsible to generate CoAs and other reports.
Issues blend adjustments or corrections as and when required.
Monitors compliance of laboratory tests with external requirements such as ASTM round robin program.
Responsible to handle ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 documentation.
Responsible for performing the calibration of laboratory equipment.
