Chemist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Cosmetic Chemist who has experience and making Cosmetics Products to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing formulations for skin care and hair care products and should be confident in handling R&D, testing, and scaling formulations for production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate skin and hair care products such as creams, lotions, serums, shampoos, and conditioners.
• Conduct lab-based testing and ensure product stability, safety, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with production teams to scale up formulations from lab to manufacturing.
• Research new ingredients, technologies, and global cosmetic trends.
• Maintain accurate formulation records and batch documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international cosmetic regulations.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic formulation, specifically in skin and hair care.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic raw materials, emulsifiers, surfactants, preservatives, and active ingredients.
• Familiarity with lab testing, product stability protocols, and compliance standards.
• Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate interview.
