Job Purpose

To ensure the compliance of quality and food safety to AQS products are with PI and MCPs standards, and all physio and sensory and packaging maintained and comply with PepsiCo STDs across all processing points.

Responsibilities

• Timely inspection of incoming material as per sampling plan, and timely release of material from SAP system.
• Monthly Raw Material and Finished Product FIFO, FEFO, and maintain Supplier Database (related Artwork, Technical drawings, Specification, QFS Certificates etc.)
• Follow-up on raw material related non-conformity report (NCR) and maintain in tracking sheet.
• Witness raw material trail run and maintain tracking sheet and share report.
• Share Quarterly supplier performance scorecard.
• Maintain tracking on Certificate of Analysis (COA) receiving from each supplier against material received.
• Maintain record of all chemical and other materials received from store
• Lab equipment calibration and Maintain GLP and GHP in laboratory.
• Work with FS Team leader to maintain FS requirements and conducting SFDA self-inspection on monthly or quarterly basic and upload on SFDA portal

Experience

• 1-3 Years experience CSDs / bottled water or food manufacturing.
• Familiar with Food safety requirement and SFDA requirements

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Food Technology
