CHEMIST CUM CLENT HANDLING-FEMALE

• Perform routine chemical and microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished food products.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI).
• Document test results and assist in quality audits and inspections.
• Monitor shelf-life studies, food additives, preservatives, and contaminants.
• Work closely with the production team to resolve quality issues.
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for lead generation, sales follow-up, and feedback.
• Explain product details, features to customers.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for order processing and deliveries.
• Freshers can apply.
• Female Candidate from Muvattupuzha area preffered.
