The Role: Academic Instructor :

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Part-time Faculty member to teach Physics and/or Chemistry. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of the CBSE syllabus and a passion for guiding students toward conceptual clarity and high performance in their board examinations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Instruction: Deliver engaging, high-quality online and offline classes tailored specifically to the CBSE syllabus.
• Curriculum Development: Prepare and refine effective teaching materials, including lesson plans, comprehensive notes, worksheets, and presentations.
• Academic Oversight: Ensure timely syllabus completion and proactively monitor the overall academic progression of all assigned students.
• Evaluation: Design, conduct, and analyze tests, mock exams, and evaluations; maintain accurate student performance records.
• Mentorship: Provide personalized, one-on-one guidance to address learning gaps and maximize individual student scores.
• Reporting & Communication: Track attendance and progress; communicate effectively with parents and the academic team on student development.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain strict punctuality, discipline, and ensure timely submission of all administrative and academic reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physics, Chemistry, or a related science discipline.
• Experience: 0–2 years of teaching experience preferred. Enthusiastic fresh graduates with exceptional subject command are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge: Strong, current understanding of the CBSE curriculum and board examination structure.
• Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Competence in using digital teaching platforms and preparing academic content (PPTs, documents).

Preferred Skills:

• Fluency and strong command in English (as the primary medium of instruction).
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Prior experience in curriculum development or academic content creation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
