- Laboratory Management: Design and supervise laboratory experiments, ensuring students understand and follow safety protocols for handling chemicals and equipment.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate student understanding and progress through various means, including assignments, tests, and lab work, providing constructive feedback.
- Curriculum Development: Coordinate with school management to develop or revise chemistry curriculum, ensuring it aligns with educational standards and objectives.
