• Lesson Planning & Delivery: Develop and deliver clear, stimulating lessons on chemistry topics, incorporating diverse teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
• Laboratory Management: Design and supervise laboratory experiments, ensuring students understand and follow safety protocols for handling chemicals and equipment.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate student understanding and progress through various means, including assignments, tests, and lab work, providing constructive feedback.
• Curriculum Development: Coordinate with school management to develop or revise chemistry curriculum, ensuring it aligns with educational standards and objectives.
• Classroom Environment: Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, high academic standards, and good behavior.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning by attending educational workshops and conferences to stay updated on the latest advancements in chemistry and teaching techniques.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
