Job Description

Chemistry Teacher (TGT) with TET/B.Ed qualification is responsible for teaching advanced chemistry concepts to higher secondary students. The teacher develops lesson plans, conducts experiments, evaluates student progress, and ensures academic excellence. The role involves promoting scientific thinking, guiding research-based learning, and preparing students for board and competitive examinations while maintaining discipline and fostering a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver engaging chemistry lessons for senior students.
  • Conduct laboratory experiments ensuring safety and accuracy in procedures.
  • Assess, grade, and provide constructive feedback on student performance.
  • Develop curriculum plans aligning with school and board standards.
  • Motivate students toward academic excellence and scientific inquiry.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
  • Integrate technology and multimedia for effective teaching and learning.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and school academic events.

Skill & Experience
