*Role Overview:*

The Chemistry Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging, concept-based science lessons for Classes 6 to 10

*Job Description:*

  • Teach Chemistry and General Science concepts to students of Classes 6 to 10 as per the CBSE
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical demonstrations.
  • Ensure clarity of concepts through experiments, models, and visual aids.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
  • Prepare question papers, worksheets, and assignments.
  • Conduct class tests, assessments, evaluate answer sheets, and provide feedback.
  • Track and record student progress and communicate with parents when required.
  • Conduct safe and structured laboratory activities for middle and high school.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of lab equipment and chemicals.
  • Maintain lesson records, attendance, and academic reports.
  • Participate in school events, science exhibitions, and competitions.
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Support curriculum development and contribute to academic planning.

*Educational Qualifications*

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry / Physical Science.
  • B.Ed.

*Skills & Competencies*

  • Classroom management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,574.53 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
