Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Chemistry Faculty to teach and mentor students preparing for JEE (Main & Advanced), NEET, and Class XI/XII Board Examinations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the subject, skilled in explaining concepts with clarity, and committed to improving students’ performance both in competitive and school-level exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry as per the syllabus of JEE, NEET, and CBSE/ICSE Board exams.
• Prepare lesson plans, practice sheets, and test papers aligned with GURUJEE’s academic calendar.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and ensure concept clarity for all students.
• Analyse students’ performance through regular tests and progress reports.
• Integrate problem-solving techniques and exam-oriented strategies in classes.
• Collaborate with the academic team to update study materials and maintain high teaching standards.
• Mentor students on time management, exam temperament, and effective revision techniques.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BSc./M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Chemistry or equivalent from a reputed institution.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in JEE/NEET/Foundation programs (Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
• Skills:
• Strong command over subject matter.
• Ability to simplify complex topics.
• Excellent classroom engagement and communication skills.
• Familiarity with latest exam patterns and marking schemes.
