Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Cheque Collection Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting cheques, preparing collection reports, and ensuring timely follow-ups with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect cheques and payments from customers as per schedule
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of collections
- Follow up with customers for pending payments
- Ensure timely submission of collected cheques to the office/bank
- Maintain accurate records of collections and receipts
- Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation
- Handle documents safely and responsibly
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Valid UAE driving license (minimum 3 years)
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and customer outlets
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Honest, punctual, and well-organized
