Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic and interactive chess lessons tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels
• Develop lesson plans that promote strategic thinking, sportsmanship, and enjoyment of the game
• Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure a respectful and focused learning atmosphere
• Provide personalized tutoring to help students improve their game and understand advanced concepts
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and growth in all students
• Communicate clearly with students and parents about goals, achievements, and areas for improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in a classroom or group setting
• Strong knowledge of chess rules, strategies, and tactics suitable for various skill levels
• Excellent communication skills to engage students of different ages and backgrounds
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while maintaining a lively learning environment
• Experience working with children in educational settings is highly desirable
• Demonstrated passion for teaching, mentorship, and fostering a love for chess
• Flexibility to adapt lessons based on individual student needs and progress
