Chevrolet Parts Manager

Location: Ennis, TX, 75119

Job Description

The Chevrolet Parts Manager is responsible for managing the parts department of a Chevrolet dealership. This includes overseeing the inventory, ordering and receiving parts, and ensuring that the department is profitable. The Parts Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of parts specialists and ensuring that they are providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the parts department inventory
  • Order and receive parts
  • Ensure that the department is profitable
  • Manage a team of parts specialists
  • Ensure that the team is providing excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales
  • Ensure that the department is in compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the parts team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the dealership is operating efficiently

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a parts management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license
