About the Company

L’ARBE Events & Flowers — a creative event décor and floral design company based in Dubai since 2015.

We specialize in event styling, flower arrangements, balloon décor, and furniture rental for weddings, private and corporate events.

We are growing and now looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting and ensure compliance with UAE regulations (FTA, VAT, payroll, and reporting).

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycle in accordance with UAE legislation.
• Prepare and submit financial statements and VAT reports to the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and ensure compliance with cash discipline and company policies.
• Handle payroll, staff insurance, and HR accounting.
• Control project-based expenses (decor, rentals, logistics, materials).
• Conduct bank reconciliations, manage vendor and client accounts.
• Maintain accounting software (1C / First Bit, Excel, ERP systems).
• Prepare management reports, budgets, and profit/loss statements.
• Liaise with auditors, insurance providers, and local authorities.

Requirements

• 3 years expereince in UAE
• Minimum 2 year of experience as Chief Accountant / Senior Accountant in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting and VAT regulations.
• Confident user of 1C / First Bit, Excel, and ERP systems.
• English language — confident, Russian — an advantage.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (bachelor level or equivalent).
• Attention to detail, integrity, responsibility, and strong organizational skills.

Employment Terms

Probation: 1–3 months.

Working schedule: 6/1, flexible hours (10:00–19:00 or 11:00–20:00).

Non-season period: 5/2 schedule possible.

Office location: Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai, UAE.

Preferred candidates

Based in Dubai (no relocation provided).

Ready to start in November–December 2025.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
