Job Scope:

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The Chief Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all accounting, tax, and payroll activities within Bray Arabia, ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting in line with both local and international standards.

The role will also support financial planning processes including budgeting and forecasting, while partnering with regional and local management to ensure sound financial decision-making and operational performance .

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management

• Oversee all accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records
• Ensure strong internal control systems to mitigate financial risk
• Manage cash flow, financial compliance, and risk management processes
• Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards

Reporting, Budgeting & Compliance

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Coordinate the preparation of annual reports and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, tax regulations, and government requirements
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure timely provision of required information

Payroll & Operational Support

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Support Sales and Operations teams with financial data and insights
• Manage receivables including credit control processes
• Oversee all finance-related departmental activities

What We’re Looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within an international industrial environment
• Experience with ERP systems; Infor LN is preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements
• Proven ability to manage financial processes and support business operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in people management and leading finance teams
• Familiarity with multinational company environments and reporting structure
