Job Description
- Managing the financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial plans, all statutory reporting for the organization.
- Overall supervision of the company’s day to day functioning of the Accounts and Finance functions including MIS, Audit, Taxation, Corporate affairs, in compliance with the Indian Accounting Standards
- Designing business plans and strategies for maximizing profitability, analyzing current performance, preparing business model, conducting variance analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Providing sound financial support and insights to enable to make critical business decisions, Presentation of financial results and insights to the Board.
- Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the organization and liaising with the external tax firm for specialist advice.
- Dealing with Banks and Financial Institution for day to day matters besides providing all necessary support with the preparation of documents pertaining to all short-term and long-term credit facilities.
- Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.
- Interface with the internal and external auditors as a focal point for efficient management of the Statutory, Tax & Internal Audits as a part of Corporate Governance
- Managing and overseeing the company's banking and borrowing arrangements.
- Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions.
- Overseeing commercial decision making from tender analysis, margin analysis, pricing analysis etc.
- Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the interested parties at all times.
